Visa is required for entering in Brazil for citizens of many countries and you must obtain it prior to your arrival in the country.
If you are a citizen from one of the countries below, you DON'T NEED a visa to Brazil : Andorra - Argentina - Austria - Bahamas - Barbados - Belgium - Bermuda - Bolivia - Chile - Colombia - Costa Rica -Denmark - Ecuador - Finland -France -Germany -Greece -Iceland - Ireland - Israel- Italy -Liechtenstein -Morocco - Monaco -Namibia -Netherlands -Norway -Paraguay -Peru -Philippines -Portugal -San Marino -South Africa -Spain -Sweden - Switzerland - Trinidad and Tobago - United Kingdom - Uruguay -Vatican - Venezuela
TOURIST VISA
As
a tourist, foreigners may remain in Brazil for an initial period of 90 days,
which may then be extended for a further 90 days, giving a maximum of 180 days
in one calendar year. If in doubt, your situation may be clarified by consulting
the Federal Police. - A individual photo, passport style and size 2" x 2", front view (full face) glued or stapled on the application form.

A copy of the airline ticket, flight
itinerary or a letter from the travel agency or confirmed airline round trip
ticket, with date of departure and return.
The traveler is fully responsible to obtain the respective VISA
BUSINESS VISA
If you
come to Brazil in a Business Trip you must obtain the Business Visa to travel to Brazil prior to your
arrival in the country These are the required documents - One individual photo, passport style and size 2" x 2", front view (full face) glued or stapled on the application form. - A copy of the airline ticket, flight itinerary or letter from the travel agency or confirmed airline round trip ticket, with date of departure and return. - Valid passport (remaining validity of at least 6 months). The passport must be signed, and must contain at least 02 (two) blank pages marked "VISAS"

letter from employer attesting the purpose of the trip, dates of arrival and
departure, and financial liability for all trip expenses on the official company
letterhead - The traveller is fully responsible to obtain the respective VISA.
